Every figure traced to a project record.
These counts are derived from the project archive on this site, not asserted separately. Each one can be reconciled against the records behind it.
From Intention to Impact
Seven stages between a partner’s CSR mandate and a report their board can act on. Every programme runs through all of them.
CSR Vision
A partner arrives with a mandate, a budget and a board to answer to. We start by establishing what success has to look like in their reporting, not ours.
Programme Design
Objectives, beneficiary definition, activities and the measurement method are fixed in writing before any spend is committed.
Community Engagement
Schools, local administration, service clubs and community stakeholders are brought in during design, not after it.
Implementation
Delivery against the agreed activity list, with the partner named in the record and their role stated precisely.
Measurement
Beneficiary counts, reach and outcomes recorded against the structure set at design stage. Where a figure was not captured, the record says so.
Impact
Documented change, separated from intention. An aim that has not yet been met is recorded as an aim.
Reporting
A structured project record a CSR team can put in front of an auditor, with SDG alignment and every open item disclosed.
Programmes on the ground
School partnerships, sports and youth programmes, environmental campaigns and livelihood support, delivered with government departments, service clubs and community stakeholders.
Programmes by year
Dated from each project’s own records. Where a record states no date, no year is claimed for it.
From CSR Intent to Measurable Impact
We work with institutions that have to answer for how funds were spent and what changed. That shapes how we design, document and report every programme.
Corporate CSR teams
Programme design aligned to Schedule VII of the Companies Act, with documentation structured for board review and independent audit.
Government departments
Delivery alongside government schools and local administration, aligned to NEP 2020, Samagra Shiksha and the Digital India Mission.
NGOs and community stakeholders
Implementation with service clubs, community organisations and families, drawing on established volunteer networks and local reach.
Educational institutions
School-based programmes covering students, teaching and non-teaching staff, run inside the academic calendar rather than around it.
Foundations and development partners
Objectives, activities and outcomes recorded against a consistent structure, so results can be compared across programmes and years.
Institutional collaborations
Multi-stakeholder delivery, demonstrated by the Nabadisha Community Learning Centre operating within Kolkata Police premises.
